How do I file a claim?

Call us for free on 2462 and a choose option 2 to make a claim.

 

Our claim officer will listen to your claim and check your cover. He will then tell you what documents to bring and where

Documents to gather

for bimalife

  • Death certificate (or warrant to bury)

  • Identification document from the beneficiary

  • Bank account details

for bimahealth

  • Release form from the hospital (showing how many nights you spent in hospital)

  • Identification document

  • Bank account details

How to send them to us

in person

(Suva and Nadi)

Bring the originals of the documents to:

 

Suva:

  • BIMA office (340 Waimanu Rd, Suva)

 

Nadi:

  • Dominion office (Credit Corporation HouseQueens Rd, Nadi)

Scan the documents or take a good photo with a smartphone and send them to:

claimFiji@milvik.se

by Viber, WhatsApp or Messenger

Take a clear picture of the claim documents required and send them via one of the mentioned apps above to our Bima no 773 2464

RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT

Typically the payment should be made within 3 to 5 days. If we need more information from you we will call you. If you haven't heard back from us after 5 days, please call us!
